By registering an Account, accessing the Platform, placing a Wager or using any feature of the pk3655 services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, irrespective of the device used to access it, the jurisdiction from which access is made, or the language in which support is provided.
To open and maintain an Account on pk3655, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your Account:

Access to real-money play may be suspended until satisfactory proof of age is provided. Any winnings accrued by a person found to be under the minimum age shall be forfeited.
Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on the Platform. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pk3655 reserves the right to close all but the original Account, void any associated bets or bonuses and withhold any balance that cannot be attributed to verified deposits.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or any two-factor authentication codes with any third party. pk3655 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect your Account has been compromised.
pk3655 operates a mandatory KYC verification process in accordance with its licensing obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents, address proof and source-of-funds information before withdrawals are processed or at any time at our discretion. Documents accepted may include a Pakistani CNIC, passport, national identity document or equivalent. KYC requests will be communicated via your registered email address. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining verified Balance will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method, subject to applicable processing times and verification requirements. Bonus Funds not yet subject to a completed Wagering Requirement will be forfeited upon account closure.
pk3655 accepts deposits via payment methods listed in the Platform cashier from time to time. References to payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah on this Platform are provided for contextual familiarity for Pakistani users only. They do not constitute a confirmed list of available deposit methods, and they do not imply that those providers endorse, support or are affiliated with gambling transactions. Users must verify currently available deposit options via the Platform cashier or by contacting support.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier and are subject to change at the Platform's discretion. All deposits are credited in the account currency. Where a deposit is made in PKR and processed at an exchange rate, the applicable rate will be that prevailing at the time of transaction.
pk3655 does not accept third-party deposits. The payment method used for a deposit must belong to the registered Account holder. Deposits made from payment instruments in a different name may be returned and subject to AML review.

Withdrawals of real-money Balance are subject to the following conditions:
Withdrawals to Pakistani bank accounts or mobile wallets are subject to availability of supported payment channels and any restrictions imposed by Pakistani financial regulations or payment service providers. pk3655 makes no guarantee that PKR-denominated withdrawals will be available at all times.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the pk3655 Platform are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements. Until the applicable Wagering Requirement is met in full, Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, game contribution percentages and time limits vary by promotion and are published in the specific offer terms.
pk3655 maintains the right to withhold, reclaim or void bonuses where it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a User or group of users has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim multiple bonuses; using low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus conditions; providing false or inconsistent registration information to circumvent eligibility criteria.
All PKR-denominated bonus figures displayed on the Platform (for example, "up to PKR 25,000" or "up to PKR 50,000") are illustrative examples only and represent potential bonus amounts that may be available subject to eligibility, deposit thresholds and published promotional terms. They are not guarantees of any particular bonus value.
All bets and wagers placed on the pk3655 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the applicable product — sports betting, live casino, slots or instant games. These product-level rules are available within the relevant section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Sports betting markets, including cricket markets for PSL, ICC tournaments and Pakistan bilateral series, are subject to the settlement rules published for each event type. Match abandonment, postponement and cancellation policies vary by market and are set out in the sports rules section.
pk3655 reserves the right to void any bet where: a technical or human error resulted in incorrect odds or market parameters; the outcome of an event is under investigation for integrity reasons; or the bet was placed by a Prohibited User.
The Platform uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable casino and instant-game products. RTP (Return to Player) ranges are published within individual game information panels where required by the licensing framework.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk3655 Platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where required by applicable law or licensing obligation, reporting to relevant authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any content on the Platform without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk3655 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits; loss of data; loss of goodwill; service interruption; or any other intangible losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of damages, pk3655's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
pk3655 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.
pk3655 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account and your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive or unlawful conduct; failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe; or inactivity for an extended period.
Where an Account is terminated for breach of these Terms, any Balance attributable to fraudulent activity or prohibited conduct may be forfeited. Where an Account is terminated for legitimate reasons unrelated to user misconduct, verified real-money Balance will be returned to the user via the most recent payment method, subject to completion of required verification processes.
You may close your Account voluntarily at any time. Instructions for account closure are available from our support team.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk3655 holds its international operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.
Before commencing formal legal proceedings, we encourage users to contact our support team to attempt resolution of any dispute informally. pk3655 commits to responding to all formal dispute notices within a reasonable timeframe.
Users in Pakistan acknowledge that Pakistani courts may have concurrent or exclusive jurisdiction over certain matters and that the choice of governing law in these Terms does not override any mandatory provisions of Pakistani law that are applicable to them by reason of their location or nationality.
pk3655 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via your registered email address or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after notice of amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
